You are going to love Six on the Beach! Sunset Beach is the southernmost barrier island in North Carolina and the most relaxed. Our house is on 2nd Street with stunning ocean and water views from the widow's walk including the pier, marsh, and the Intracoastal Waterway. For those of you who have been to the island before, we have lost the only drawbridge left on the East Coast and will miss its island charm (but not the wait to cross the bridge). Sunset Beach has miles of white sand beach with beach access only a 2-minute walk from our house. There must be 25 golf courses within 10 miles if you're not a beach bum. Handicap-accessible beach access is only one block away. (No steps involved with strollers!) Our home is built large enough for everyone to "spread out.” Two bedrooms are downstairs; two bedrooms and the loft area are upstairs. We are able to sleep 9-10 guests. For 2019, we include linens and towels for each guest in the weekly rental fee. We provide hand soaps and dishwasher detergent. We start the year stocked with food wraps, some paper products, foils, ziplock bags, condiments, and spices. We ask that if you use the last of a roll or item that you replace it for the next guests. Guests are asked to supply their own paper products. We provide end of the week cleaning service which is included in the rental fees. A broom and vacuum cleaner are provided for any quick cleanup needs during the week. A desk in the loft area with a broadband Ethernet connection provides WiFi throughout the house and deck areas. The door is locked by a keyless entry lock - a unique PIN code is emailed to you for your stay.

This is a no smoking home and NO pets are permitted. We only rent to families and adults over the age of 24. House parties are not allowed. However, entertaining by the renters is acceptable as long as loud, unruly, or otherwise objectionable behavior in or out of the house is not exhibited. Sunset Beach regulations do not allow more people staying in the house than there are beds for.
